Ragini Kihlman, an AI PhD, believes that food is essential for being focused and imaginative. Cooking meals helps relax, enhance wellbeing, and promote healing.

Kardemumma is my laboratory for mixing and blending smells and flavours. Of course, I've failed a million times and nearly burned the kitchen. But cooking is like a creative pursuit for me. Through trial and error, success will come, and you will be able to taste the fruits of your hard work. A learning process which offers you so many experiences and ideas that you will be able to enjoy to the fullest.

With my food, I want to evoke guests' memories of home and introduce them to mouth-watering unique flavours that are both reminiscent of my own home. In terms of food, I'm heavily inspired by my grandmothers and mother, street food cultures in India, and anywhere I go.

Every food comes with its own story, so cooking is about experiencing cultures from all over the world. Living in over ten countries, I have had a lot of choices and tasted a lot of cuisines. My culinary experience reconnects me with nature, giving me a chance to experience the natural ingredients of that place. The experience of cooking exposes me to a variety of flavors and ingredients from different cuisines, exposing me to new culinary traditions and practices. My appreciation and understanding of other cultures can be enhanced if I incorporate elements of other cultural dishes into my own cooking.

Maybe this is your chance to try it if you're still not convinced!
